THANK YOU
We all want to thank you for coming and being so generous in helping our family. It was a great day that took some of the sadness from our family and reminded us that out of bad, good will follow. My brother was looking forward to meeting all of you and we just knew he would be here for the benefit. God’s plans for us were different and now we know Terry was at the benefit in so many ways.
His family and all of my family (I am sure most of you met my dad driving around the parking lot in his golf cart helping people park) will never be able to express to all of you, the way it has helped our hearts heal with the kindness and support.
It was difficult for my brothers wife, Laurie to be here and she was truly overwhelmed by the support and I know she left several times with tears in her eyes….these were tears of relief, because all of you have given her hope of keeping her car, house and medical bills paid until she can get her finances in line with one income. The impact you have had on one family is something you can all be proud of…….barrel racers, friends and family….you can not ask for a better group to be with.
Now for the exciting part! Almost $6000.00 was raised on Sunday thanks to all of you. I did not dream that big, but all of you did and we cannot thank you enough!
We hope we get to thank each of you in person in the future as Sunday was a bit hectic and finding the time to thank everyone was just not possible.
The cutest thing was, there was not one child that left Hopper Ranch clean. They had dirt from head to toe, which is the perfect sign a good time was had!
Thank you all again – our family will be forever grateful.
